What We Can Do
MPLED strictly observed ISO9001/ISO14001 international quality management system.We have the world-class fully automatic production line and advanced quality test equipment.our products have passed CE, ROSH, FCC, PSE, IP65 certification and etc.
We could ensure production capacity of more than 3,000 square meters per month for LED displays, with 8 modernized dust-free and static-free production lines, which consist of 6 new PANASONIC high speed SMT machines, 2 large leadless reflow oven, and more than 300 skilled workers.
What we will do to make sure the best quality before shipping? Raw material checking, 24h LED Module aging and 72h full screen aging. For some special projects, we will add waterproof and shock test. For some extremely bad weather environment, we will do high and low temperature test, vibration test, salt-spaying test, dust test and etc.
So why we do these? Just in order to make sure every products from MPLED are stable and reliable. Receiving satisfied feedback is what we want!
We guaranty All order product 100% inspection before package, within warranty,you have right to ask for new production for free when LED screen has widespread failure and irreparable by us(except for man-made damage or natural disaster.
